I agree with these posts on Cafe Yumm being great, but this location being terrible. In person and via Door Dash they always... leave something out of my order. CHECK THE DD BAG before handing it off. Pretty simple. The location on 192 is always accurate.But it's too far for a Dasher to deliver to my building. The Chlalov location is closest. I would rather wait a little bitlonger for a correct order than get it quickly and it be all wrong FYI. Most people would. Read more
I love cafe yumm but this location never fails to disappoint me. Every time I've been here it was a waste of money under cooked... rice never gets the order right, I always say no olives and no avocado and this place doesn't pay attention. If someone has anallergy and orders something without a certain thing and you put that thing on their food, the whole bowl is a waste. You can'tjust pick it off. Disappointed yet again. Read more
Not my first review of this store?. It was bad, then I gave it another try and it started getting very good food service and was... excited to be going back. Until last night. The avvo salad had no avocado, and I added chicken and I think it was cardboardpictures of chicken. The hot and jazzy with chicken also had this weird cardboard chicken pieces in it. Not impressed with my experience. Ordering was fine, albeit the woman at the register was not terribly friendly. The same woman... brought my order out and she was wearing a soft wrist/thumb cast which she then picked up and set the the bowl down with. I'm nofood safety expert, but there is no way that proper hand washing can be maintained with a sweaty, porous fabric splint. Iwatched her grab multiple orders from the kitchen in addition to mine, touching the splint to the bowl each time. On top ofbeing grossed out by that, the side of my bowl had not been wiped down so it was covered in avocado and sauce. I get it, noteveryone can take off work for an injury, but at least figure out a glove situation or improve training to make sure they arehandling food with the alternate hand. I go here about 3 to 4 times a week and I always order the same thing. The last 3 times I've gone my order has been wrong but... yesterday was the absolute worse- I ordered vegan and it was not vegan. There was cheese and sour cream which I didn't realizeuntil I left and got ready to eat it later. I understand mistakes happen but for the last three times to be wrong? One of themincluded getting a Pepsi or Coke instead of iced tea that I asked for. It's just ridiculous. So yeah there needs to beimprovement in the drive-through. And tell me this- do I have to ask for utensils and napkins every time now? Because obviouslyI'm taking it to go ( drive thru) but unless I ask for a fork and napkins I'm not given those. Read more
