Its a hit or miss type of place either you get your drink right or they make it totally disgusting. Not to mention the staff. I go to a few different Starbucks locations and the employees at this one are always very friendly and pay attention to quality.... They give great suggestions and substitutions. I wish management would provide them with more staff, as sometimes the staff areoverrun and completely alone. No matter how quickly they rush to craft drinks at the same quality as usual, this store issometimes completely slammed with people. The employees earned all 5 stars, and deserve the world for their patience, workethic, and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Read more
