I've been going to Red Robin restaurants for a very long time, but I don't know if that is going to continue. The food has... always generally been pretty good. But over the last year the service has gone down hill, and the hill just keeps gettingsteeper. Today's service was the capper at this restaurant, a waitress that didn't seem to care and barely did anything otherthan take our order, and that she did very poorly. She didn't ask us if we wanted any dipping sauce for our fry's, and when mydaughter piped up that she would like some ranch dressing, it still never came with the order. Shortly after we were seatedthe little blonde waitress said she was going to take a 10 min break, and the other servers would take care of us. The nexttime we were approached by any wait staff was as we were checking out on the kiosk. Then she shows up and asks if everythingwas o.k.. Bad enough the service was horrible at this visit, but the last 3 visits to this location were just about as bad. Idon't know if it's just hard to find good staff these days or the non-existent managerial presence, but things here and at manyother restuarants has gone down hill. Unfortunately didn't have to good of an experience. Staff was friendly and the service was good. But the food we got wasn't... something to make us consider coming back that's for sure. The food we ordered for our 1 year old, We sent it back twice. Myhusband wasn't happy with some of his foods also. But thankfully the girls that were waiting on us were able to take care of thebill. I order buger with the jalapeños fries inside burger, maybe they rushed my order but my burger was overcooked and dried and... fried jalapeños was all soggy feel like they just throw everything together last minute. I do love the onion rings and thesweet potato fries, it cooked perfectly but the burger is not worth $15 ???? I usually like Red Robin. The Gluten free burgers and fries keep me returning, but not this location. It is very dark and... stagnant, as well as an extremely non attentive staff. I will definitely not be returning to this location after 2 quitedisappointing experiences. If I find myself in the area again and wanting a good GF burger, I will visit Killer Burger instead. Red Robin does something amazing?. They give you a free burger on your birthday month!! You have to be a member of their rewards... program, but it?s free to join. I went to get my free burger and you can choose from any of the 20+ burger options theyhave. The burger was delicious but the fries were a little bit underdone. I am confident that if I mentioned it, they wouldhave prepared some better cooked fries. The only problem is the waitstaff were rarely around and zoomed right past when theywere in the area. I suspect they are challenged with low employment currently, but it impacted my ability to request dippingsauces and refill water etc. At the end of the day, I would still come back to this restaurant and I always enjoy the food. Itwas very clean, and that is important to me. Although the waitstaff weren?t highly available, they were very polite and helpfulin interactions. Read more
