Service was unacceptably slow. Took almost 20 minutes to get my done in order. In that time, there were 10 customers waiting for... their orders. People who went through the drive through were coming in complaining that their orders were wrong. Could hearemployees yelling at each other from the back. If I could put no stars I would, my husband placed an order here we stopped to pick it up and when our card didn't process my... husband got down to make the payment and show the cashier his phone he put his hand up and told my husband oh we are working onit. My husband walks back to the car shows me the screen so I get down and he said oh ain't you the door dash people?? I toldhim no my husband said you were working on our order and didn't bother to even see if he needed help with anything. Manager justlooked at us never approached us to see what was going on. From experience costumer service is #1 and as for manager experiencealways approach the situation to make sure your employee has it under control or at least see what you can do.
