Terrible food, dreadful service 0/10 would not recommend. Server only acknowledged us when we were about to leave after sitting... with menus for over 5 minutes while our server chatted with coworkers less than 8 feet from us. No greeting, no drink order. Wewere her only table, it was VERY slow. After we received our food she only came back to take our payment when they overhead thatI was prepared to leave without paying. I did not tip, which is something I NEVER do. If you're going just for bowler orarcade, might be all right... but don't waste your time with the restaurant. To the owner - check in on your managers. They arenot doing their jobs. One person i believe to be a manager walked by 6 waitstaff just chilling and chatting. This place clearlyneeds a leader and staff training. You are going to go out of business paying these people to stand around your restaurant.Attached are photos of staff hanging out rather than working. Oh! So decided to celebrate my birthday here with friends/family. The food was pretty good. Drinks were great. Had a blast at the... lanes, just a really great time. So you might be wondering why only 3 stars if such a great time.. well we went up to get 2lanes ,we had a large party (630 pm) they were pretty busy, so the lovely staff put my name on a list.. they let me know it wasgonna be about 30-40 minute wait for the lanes..we were ok with that as our whole party did not arrive yet... so we are waiting, 20 minutes later they message us our lanes were ready.. we go to the counter and they inform us of an error on their end andonly one lane was available...and since we needed 2 lanes; the gentleman at the counter said he would put my name back on thelist. I would not loose my spot and about 10 minutes should have a lane. We are all okay our table enjoying company andordering food... when I realize it is now 7:50pm and we still don't have a lane. We all go to counter and after 3 timeexplaining the situation they get us one lane. (One lane was fine at this point some people had already left anyways and wejust wanted to bowl ) We were offered no reason or explanation as to why we had to wait so long or apology. Just was told a laneis ready now . We bowled a few frames and then got moved to another lane as ours had some sort of glitch. So although the foodand drinks were good. My oldest son had his 12th birthday here last weekend, and I feel like we got the VIP treatment. He had a blast, and for a... celebration just after all the closures, I feel the staff and facilities were up to par, if not above and beyond. Onattentiveness and cleanliness, friendly and professional, everything far exceeded expectations. It was a bit pricier than someoptions you could pick for a kids birthday these days, but compared to the last two being flops, we feel we got our moneysworth. Pizza was tasty, goody bags were cool for the kids. Plus take home cups I could write the kids names on to keepeveryone's seprate for germs. They even had a shirt for the kids to color and sign for his birthday. Super cute. Flipside, ifyour kiddos are young, be sure to host a few adults to help maintain eyes on them in the game and ticket exchange area. All mykiddos were older so I wasn't as nervous, but if it were my five year olds party, I was way too seperated to feel comfortable.Just an fyi. We will come back for family night for sure! Read more
