Good food, service not so great. Order placed at 8:20 was told order was ready at 8:51 got to the restaurant and was told they... were still waiting for my food to be done, it was another 30 minute wait before I got my food. I asked if everything was okaywith order and one of the employees I?m sure innocently enough was laughing about it. Not to mention, the pho was sitting in thebag the whole time while waiting for the sandwiches and by the time it was ready it wasn?t even hot enough to cook the meat whenI got home which is 3 minutes away. Cloud 9 has been one of my fav milk tea spots in the Vancouver area. If I had reviewed it before this week I would have given 5*... but unfortunately I had a negative experience after ordering a basic boba milk tea yesterday afternoon... [retracted details ofexperience]. Best vegan pho & bahnmi place in Vancouver! Bubble tea with Oatmilk is very good too!
I grabbed Cloud 9 takeout once on a whim and now I?m obsessed. Their milk teas and boba drinks are so good, and I love the beef... banh mi sandwich. Also, the restaurant lobby is so cute and very instagramable if you feel the need to share your boba with yourfollowers. Read more
