Pretty good burger. I got the basic burger with sweet potato fries.
So I really hate to do this but our experience was terrible. First, they didn't have the "patty" for their main item, the No 6.... So I was willing to sub out a different patty, but for some reason this was extremely complicated and took a long time and twopeople and the pricing was confusing. Then when I went to pay there were only 3 options for tip, starting at 15%. I literallyhad to ask if there was a way to do a custom tip because the little touch pad was covered in notes and tape. It was so awkwardand frankly inexcusable that there is literally no way to just pay your bill without either leaving a huge tip or directlyasking how to avoid it. It is a Burgerville. You will get a better than average fast-food experience. But it is still fast-food. I drive through in my... car and get handed a bag, and then guilt tripped for a tip. Strangely, the grocery store does not ask me for a tip to hand me mybag. Maybe Burgerville should pay their employees a living wage, so they don't have to guilt trip me to make up the differencein their employees salaries. Read more

Terrible service. Stood at counter ignored for like 3 min while workers walked right by. Ordered a peppermint chocolate shake... and after they tried to give me a vanilla shake with a squirt of peppermint in it they said they were out of chocolate andpeppermint.
