I just went through the drive thru and ordered 30 dollars worth of food. I ordered the nacho fries, they were cold. I went back... through the drive thru within 2 minutes and told them it was cold I was then told that they were just made and refused to getnew ones. They would not even feel the fries. They were cold to the touch. I then asked for a manager and was told they were onbreak then asked for a phone number for one. Again was told they didn?t have a number for the manager. I asked her to asksomeone who did and she came back within a minute with new fries and immediately handed them and closed the window. I wouldstill like to speak to a manager. Overall I have not been disappointed by the food served there. However it's the drive through that takes very long time. This... was about 11:20p and I was in line almost 30 min. Before getting my order. They've also seemed to be having issues with the cardreader for payments. Common excuse from the employees are that it's always poor connection with the host server. The last two times I have eaten here, people are doing something to the food. Hard taco smashed, not a Supreme when ordered a... Supreme. And every item is covered in a wet liquid, that smells like soapy water. The teenagers working here should beterminated for food tampering. Read more
Gal working the window needs to work on customer service skills. Line was empty. They had no ice so i got warm drinks. I checked... my bag to make sure i got everything, at a quick glance it was there but i wasnt so sure. So i pulled into a parking spot tothoroughly check and sure enough i was missing 3 tacos.
