That man has... been doing a really good job for a long time, but to see him standing on the sidewalk on a 90° day is just unacceptable. I bought 3 pepperoni pizza and 2 of them were so over cooked, and when I called to complain about them, the employee was rude... and wanted me to drive back across town with them so he could see them and if he agreed then he would replace them. But since Ijust spent 40$ and I drive a Tahoe and pulling a trailer on top of that, I am not wasting my expensive gas to maybe get ediblepizzas. I came in specifically for the new thin crust ?Hot & Ready.? Even thought it was 20 minutes to 8, I was told it would be that... long to have my order ready. When I inquired about the ?deal/advertisement ? I was told by 3 employees that it ?was what it was?and I?d have to wait. Basically I wasted those same 20 minutes with the staff telling me there was nothing they could do andthey didn?t have the number to corporate for me to contact.
