So this is another place that suffers from a hit or a miss on service. Sometimes orders are 100 percent right other times it is... completely messed up. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches one was a combo when I received my food both sandwiches were wrongone was a blackened spicy the other was a regular crispy sandwich missing fries I know it's a minor thing but if it happensevery other time I go to an establishment it's a problem and I'll take my business to the location next to vancouver mall Read more

This place is beyond terrible! Giving them a couple chances but won?t be back to this one! The lobby is absolutely disgusting... ???? drink station is gross and sticky! NO ICE! 5/19/22 update: Last visit ever to Popeyes. Their prices are unreal ($3.79 for a small fries, or a 1" serving of Red Beans &... Rice). Drive thru takes forever. 15 minutes wait with only three cars ahead of us. Had to correct the order-taker three timesand he still got the order wrong. My Classic Chicken Sandwich was smashed and undercooked. I could tell with the first bite whenI could feel how tough and rubbery feeling the meat was. The meat was pink-ish. Two Classic Chicken Sandwiches, two small fries,and what was supposed to only be one Red Beans & Rice (but they gave us and charges us for two) cost over $22. The RB&R cup wasso small, it's almost to the point where they put only 1" of food in the container. Did I mention that the fries were tepid atbest...after the agonizingly long wait in the drive-thru line? The entire chain has lost us as customers for good. We're justtired of spending SO much for SO little and such POOR quality of product. Read more

B.B.B. usually doesn't like when you advertise a gallon of tea when you're really only selling them a half gallon. One of the... easiest things your employees could possibly have to do is press a button and let tea brew and they can't even do that right. Read more
