Usually I don't like to give any restaurant a bad reputation, however this taco bell location has already let me down more then... a handful of times. I'm taking time to write this to help people in the future not go through the same experience I did. I'llget straight to the point, it began with missing food through the drive through. Very common, happens all the time no big deal.However this specific day I had a van full of hungry kids and after a long day with school and sports practices, things changeperspective a little. I found out the food was missing at home...yeah a bit late. Still...no big deal, I won't eat so the kidshave enough. Fast forward a few hours ahead kids in bed, I'm free. I drive back to this taco bell location to get my money back.Everything seems great, the taco bell personnel remembered who I was basically because I didn't receive $20 worth of food withthe rest of my order. I made it clear it was too late for the food, I didn't need it any more, I just wanted a refund for whatdidn't receive. Great, that day "Lacy" helped me and she did her deal at the register, asked me for the card I used to pay toreturn my money. Transaction processed, but no receipt printed, "something is wrong with the receipt printer", said Lacy. "Noworries you should receive the amount owed to you in 1-3 business days. "No problem", I said and went on with my day. A weekpassed and after checking my bank statements, what a surprise no refund. Ok still no big deal I'll go back again. Fast forward amonth and after 4 times of stopping by, supposedly missing the manager and who knows who that are the only people that canreturn my money still no refund. I went in person for the last time (11/10/22) talked to someone in charge, not the manageragain...., they will not give me a refund? Why? Literally the slowest ?fast? food place ever. I don?t post negative reviews on the regular, but this is just bad. Being the 4th... car in a drive thru line at 11pm and waiting 50 minutes is wild. Next time I see even one car in line, I?ll gladly pass andcarry on to Jack in the Box. Seriously, what are the employees even doing?! Read more

TRY to go here often as it?s right by my work. Foods fine, service is the slowest and laziest I?ve seen. They are never open... when they say they will be.. I get break the same time every morning and sometimes they?re ready and other times they aren?t,but have the open sign on. I only get so much time so that really annoys me. The workers are also very quiet, unresponsive, andslow. Seems like they?re all on heroin.. can?t even say thanks, your welcome, have a good one.. literally 0 customer serviceskills. Read more

I am currently, waiting in line. I got here at 7:48pm. Now it's 8:02 pm. I was car number 5, now I'm number 4. I don't know... why it takes so long these days to make fast food, but I bet it has a lot to do with wages, the lobby being closed so whensomeone ignorant cant make food the right way the first time, they sit and wait until they fix the order. It's now 8:04. 2 carslater. Good job. 8:06pm, i just ordered. Ok, looking better. The man kindly took my order. This just went from 1 star to 3 starrating. It's now 8:10pm. I'm at the window, about to pay. 8:13pm, i have my food. I'm back on the road. So, 25 minutes to getfood from arriving on site. Can't say I'm thrilled. I expect better, but I understand. I'd give -1 star if that was an option. Out of 6 trips over the past 2 months, they only got my order correct 1 time. And that... time, they failed to give me my drink that came with the meal. Since the closing of their dining room and transition todrive-thru/online ordering only, they have only gotten worse. I was having issues with the app during payment and went inside toseek help. After 10 minutes of standing there and having staff look at me, only to turn around to go into the back multipletimes to avoid me (as I overheard their not-so-quiet conversation with other coworkers). Finally one gentleman cam out and askedhow he could help me. I asked him how to pay for my meal and he said, "Oh, I don't know anything about that." Turned around, andwalked back to wrapping a burrito. I asked him what I could do to fix it and he just looked at me and went back to his work.Refused to acknowledge my existence after that. I even asked if it's something I should call taco bell corporate about to see ifit's an online issue but he looked at me and didn't respond. 0/10 customer service while being exceptionally rude. Last time Iwill visit this location. This is my first ever review. I've had bad service before but man, the blatant ignorance was so real Icouldn't let it slide. Not even an, "I'm not sure, maybe call the online number and give it a try? I'm sorry I can't help you".Just dead fish eye stares and running away. Read more
