I was very impressed Saturday June 18th 2022 when I picked up my order from Pizza Hut on Mill Plain near 114th Ave. Everything... was done with professional quality and delicious and appealing to the eye. The food was times just right and hot when I receivedit. The store was clean and the staff were tidy. The team working that night had great communication between them an they wereall focused and efficient. Friendly, courteous. Acknowledging each customer as they entered the store. The eye contact andconfidence as well as the proficient and efficient way they smoothly did each transaction as well as interaction at aprofessional level, truly impressed me. Part of the order was messed up, no cheese on a quarter of a cheese pizza, and the sauce where that cheese was missing or slid... off was burnt and the dough bubbled, but honestly othersie it was normal tasing Pizza Hut, which is one of my sons favoritepizza places. Read more
Tried to pay with my phone in my days I was proactive and helpful. Going into the shop the kids are outside hanging out me not... knowing how to pay with my phone got tricky n it is impossible for me to thing that none of the kids there had a clue on how touse the system. I went to pick up at this store with the coupon. I showed to the cashier to let me know which one to use but he just looked at... it and didn't say anything. After I have made my purchase then he pointed the one in the coupon. I can't believe it. You guysneed to have a better customer service than this. Probably will be the last time I ordered here.
