Friendly, however they changed their tipping method, instead of $1 or $1.5 they did percentage. I bought 1 Rockstar and 2... crescents. Before I realized, they got an 18% tip. If I was dining in, that would be fine, but it was a drive thru. IDK, my badI guess. Read more
Edit: I have to second what a lot of the other people are saying, some of the people who work here are not very nice. The only... thing I would say is anytime we get the blended drinks, they are completely melted most of the time, it?s like drinking icedcoffee without the ice, a glass of milk. I came in and got coffee and a bagel, I was charged for cream cheese, when I wanted butter. They graciously refunded my money... for the cream cheese and tip. I?ve come here for a long time,They are a great local coffee shop and care about there customers.:) Read more
