Review from 3 yrs ago."Great service. Free nachos and salsa. $2.00 margaritas. Food was great." Update. Dined in November... 2022, been three years since last visit with covid and all.. the place was redone. Aquarium was no longer there, replaced by TV.It's ok, though the kids loved looking at the fish. But that was 20+yrs ago. The new redesign is nice and more open feel. Very Clean and lots of Mexican decors. Service was great! Had the best mocaljete served in a sizzling clay pot! Huge! Enough for twoof us with leftovers to go. I got the combination plate with a beef tamale and an enchilada. The plate they use it?s super big which made me think there... was very little food when I picked it up but it sure wasn?t lol Food was tasty and the staff was very nice. The place is verywell decorated and have a very good vibe, I?ll be coming back to dine in instead of take out next time. Ohh the chips and salsathat came with my order was also delicious. Read more
Very decent "hot plate" Mexican restaurant. The food is consistent. It's not awesome. But it's comforting and you get what you'd... expect to get: rich, creamy beans under melted cheddar cheese, meats with grill marks served on sizzling cast iron platters,impossibly large drinks served in fish bowls on stems, and chips and salsa that are consistently kept topped up without havingto bug anyone. My second time there was not as good as the first. Will I ear here again? Yes! The staff are wonderful! The seat you upon... arrival. Will be quickly served amazing salsa and freshly made warm tortilla chips. My fiancee and I shared a medium strawberrymargarita and that served us perfect. The food is great! My wife and I came here for dinner on Friday night and the food and service was amazing. They told us that they are now... serving breakfast from 8am to 11am on Saturday and Sundays so we decided to try it Sunday morning. I'm a big biscuits andgravy fan and they did not disappoint. There were so many things to choose from on the menu so we did. Everything was amazingand the cinnamon roll was the best I have ever had. This is our new breakfast spot on the weekends. Read more
