I stopped by Walton's on my way to my mom's house (she lives in Tuscaloosa). I am not that familiar with the menu. I had some... questions and Mario came outside and helped me place my order. He answered my questions and was so nice. Then I got to thedrive through window and another nice young man gave me my food. I will be going back. Happy Thanksgiving guys! Read more
Couldn?t eat inside after driving across town to arrive 30 mins til close at 9pm. There was a line all the way around the... building. Doesn?t make much sense to not use the lobby at a peak times because you want to have it cleaned and closed up early.We were informed it?s drive through only and all the chairs in the restaurant were up on the tables so I?m assuming they hadbeen closed in the lobby with no signage or lobby hours posted mentioning this. We normally spend $65-75 per visit for a largeorder of grilled and some other things. We just went to taco casa next door instead. Read more
I use to love Waltons! But tonight my wings were halfway done. It hasn?t been good in a long time!
All of the employees were extremely nice & helpful!! They went out of their way to make our dining experience one that we will... not forget!! The restaurant was not like a normal chain chicken place, it was more of a down home kind of place! You can tellit is locally owned & that I appreciate! Not to mention the food was fantastic!! Food was perfectly ok. The portion size sucks. Received 4 of the smallest chicken tenders you can legally make and not call it a... nugget. Crinkle cut fries were ok. Their house sauce taste like a rip off of Raising Canes. Didn't have a bad experience justwould never go back because I felt ripped of for spending 10.00 on such skimpy portions. Was so disappointed by the portions Iforgot to take a pic, but you kkow what chicken fingers look like...now picture them much smaller. Read more
