Yikes! They only offer take out and the staff is pretty meh. I?m honestly not expecting a lot when I go to Waffle House, but I... do expect them to not be horrible. I?m looking for a decent meal that doesn?t take a ton of time. If I wanted takeout, I wouldhave gone to McDonald?s. Super disappointed with Waffle House. Hopefully this store is the exception and not the rule. Read more
The food was very good and cooked exactly as I had asked. The server appeared to be in training. She was pleasant and very... polite but she did not come back to check in with us we had to ask for each thing we needed and get her attention for a coffeerefill. She will likely be good once she gets experience. The place was clean and neat and it is the FIRST Waffle House I haveever been in that was a pleasant temperature and not ice cold!! I loved that!!! We had the very best server. He was awesome. His name was Marshall. Truly outstanding, so nice, responsible, friendly. We could... not have asked for any better service. Bacon was burned to a crisp on all plates when we asked them to make more it came back raw... The hash browns were burnt and... undercooked at the same time. The Scrambled eggs were NOT scrambled. The chili was old and when asked for more we were toldthere wasn't any. Also found hair in one of the plates. The waitress got an attitude when we "complained" about all of theabove. We found out the actual cook and manager wasn't even there! They had to call in a cook and manager from a differentlocation. The manager from the other location apologized and fixed the bill for us.
