I ordered breakfast items and paid for my food. I was told after I paid that the grease was not hot and they had to change it.... At this point it was 7am. Why is the grease not hot? Breakfast started hours ago. I waited another 10 minutes to go in and checkmy order. The grease was still not hot and I just told them to give me my money back. Ok could get the order to go through on the app so had to order when I got there. Burger wasn't right and no sauce for the fried... cheese. But the speed if the order coming out and the customer service were drastically better than its been in years that whatimproved the score for me. And they actually acknowledged my dog at the window...I loved that, so did she. Read more
Absolutely awful service. I went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich and French toast sticks. I was asked to pull... up and that it should only take one minute. Since no other cars were behind me I elected to say at the window so they wouldn'thave to walk all the way out for me. I was then yelled at and berated, and eye rolled at by the by the store manager for notpulling up immediately. After I received my food, which was less than a minute, I asked for syrup for the French toast, themanager responded by saying we are out, but that if I had pulled up earlier she would have "found" some for me. I asked if shecould "find" some for me now and she vigorously responded no and that I need to just leave. Not believing how I was beingtreated by the store manger I requested an refund and will never be returning to that store again. Read more
