Cashiers are rude. Stop in to fill my truck and get a couple of drinks. Cashier would not wait on me, said all registers were... closed except self checkout, I do not use the checkout would rather deal with a person. When I told them that I would just gosomewhere else the girl said oh well go then. That's what I call very poor customer service. If I could give less than a one Iwould. But I will let the company know that I drive for how they are. Read more

Restrooms were not as clean as other pilot gas stations I have walked into, and there was no customer service! While clerks were... busy talking, I was told I could use the self check out. Definitely not the experience I usually have with other pilot gasstations! Read more

Why do Pilots allow this??? Pilot, you need to have a policy in place about dropping trailers and cars in the truck parking.... This is not fair to actual drivers that need somewhere to park for the night. We spend money at your establishments while localsabuse the parking lot. Something needs to be done about this. You should give me points so I can park in a reserved spot becausethe CARS & TRAILERS take up the free spots. Read more

Went there yesterday about 11:30 to grab a slice of pizza before I headed out of town. Cashiers we?re standing and sitting at... the opposite end of counter, when I walked up they both just turned their nose up as if I was bothering them, didn?t acknowledgeme once. I had originally planned to use the self-check out but wanted pizza. Now, I?m clearly standing at the pizza station andit wasn?t a ?how May I help you? ?need anything or nothing?. At this point I find myself being nice to the cashier ?thank you??have a good day?, I couldn?t even get a response after that. Just rude for no reason!!! Read more
