Normally you hear negative things about Checkers, but I had a great experience. The cashier was sweet and very polite, the cook... not only handed me my food, but made small talk as well! They were great! I will definitely go back just because of them!! Read more
We went after a game, so of course expected it to be very busy. However, we didn't expect to sit in the drive thru line for 45... minutes and not move an inch. Sat in drive through 20m before anyone came to take an order, blocked in of course. Finally got an order put in. Got to the... window and paid then was told I had to go through the OTHER drive through to even get my food. So here I am, waiting at the backof the line AGAIN, STUCK, without the food I've ALREADY PAID FOR! Why take my card and money before telling me I'd have to waitagain?? I would've just left instead.
