Thoroughly cooked (no annoying pink in the middle), perfectly breaded, the chicken had a perfect texture and tasteddeliciously. Pollo Campero offers numerous different options for your meal, the chicken is prepared according to your choice(fried, grilled or deep fried using the proprietary "Campero" recipe). For your sides, you can choose between French fries, Yukafries, cole slaw, Campero beans, Campero rice, plantains, guacamole, corn or "Garden" salads.
