One of the absolute worst Olive Garden experiences I've ever had. I stopped after work for a late dinner and they were not busy... at all. It took a good 10 - 12 minutes before a server came to my table. When the server came I ordered my drink and dinner allat once. She brought my drink promptly. I waited & waited for my salad & bread sticks. Finally my entree was brought out andstill no salad & bread sticks. They finally arrived after I started my dinner. I had the salad after my dinner. There was nosalad dressing on the salad and my drink was getting low. My server never came back to check on me. I finally had to ask anotherserver who very kindly got me salad dressing. Finally my server came by and I did ask her for another drink which she did get.That was the last time I saw her. I was waiting and waiting and waiting and she never came back to ask if I wanted dessert oranything else. I was contemplating dessert but I didn't have all night to wait for it. I just wanted to get out of there. Iwanted to pay by cash not by card on the kiosk. I had to ask someone else to do that for me. The only reason I gave it two starsinstead of one is because when I walked in the staff at the front was very cheerful and pleasant. I don't know why I still lefther a decent tip, maybe I felt sorry for her. But hopefully she finds another career besides waitressing. Read more
Thus was the first time I've been at this location here in New Jersey. I'm a big fan of Olive Garden, the food, atmosphere &... service is usually always consistent. I was a little surprised that I had to wait 25 minutes for my order to be brought out tome however. I'm not sure if they were just too busy & overlooked my text reply about the space I was waiting in ir somethingelse. I ended up having to call in the restaurant to finally get my order brought out to my car. I wasn't the only one either,as there were numerous people also waiting the same amount of time as me. Food was delicious!! Ordered the Tour of Italy and it was amazing! Wait staff was perfect and food came on time, even asking how... much cheese on our foods we wanted. Great location and it is family friendly and kids friendly. Prices are great and parking isreadily available. Would definitely come back again for perfect food and service. You won't be disappointed with the amount offoods, the quality of the foods, or the staff. Would recommend anyone to go here to this location. Read more
The food is always good. But our waitress or waiter I couldn't tell the difference was super rude practically throwing our... plates at us. Also he/she was giving us an attitude. On our way out of the restaurant she gave us the dirtiest look. Like whatdid we do to get treated like this. I personally will not go back to this location. I'm not saying that every one that worksthere is unprofessional but our experience was not good. Read more

Olive garden is one of our favorite places. We are in this location after a looong time. And there was a bug in their salad. The... waitresses were super rude and when I asked how such a big chain can serve food like this.. she told me that I always have theoptionto cook at home.
