Ok,best place to start, never order good that's premade, like tuna salads, chicken salads etc... it sits too long in the... storage bucket, and it turn bad,they just reload again and again, pork roll,you can see in the refrigerator, they precut it ,andwrap it in clear plastic you can see it turn green. Same thing with lunch meats,these items have to be made by order.thererefrigerator system is going bad there water on the floor, etc..,now there trying to see all of these smoke devices, you shouldsee the display. ONLY ORDER ITEMS THAT HAS TO BE MADE TO EAT.LIKE EGGS, FRIED FOOD, BREAD ALWAYS STALE, YOU MIGHT OF TO MCDONALDS WENDDYS BURGER KING TACO BELL ETC... I previously had left a much better review but I need to change it due to a bad experience I had there. I picked up our food... order. It was a couple breakfast platters. I was handed the bag and was careful not to tip it over and only carried it the sameway the bag was handed to me. I got the food home and found that my breakfast had been put in the bag on edge. The eggs werebroken and the yoke was running out of the container. I was able to salvage it. I took this photo to show them on my next visitso they would know to be more careful. Instead of an apology they argued that I tipped it over. He was essentially calling me aliar. The fact that they mis-packaged my meal was a minor issue. The rude way they refused to accept responsibility I won'tforgive. I have only been back there when my roommate insists. In those cases I only buy the one meal. I will never eat theirfood again. They were rude and too stupid to apologize. With any luck their will be another change of ownership soon. Don't sayyou were not warned. P.S. Their food isn't bad. Read more
I ordered via grub hub, a bacon, egg and cheese. I received a roll, which is not what I wanted. I called them and they said... that they ran out of all bagel. Seriously?! I told the guy why didn't you call me to see if I wanted to continue with a order,which was 48.00 for two bacon, egg and cheese on bagel, 1 order of home fries, and a bottle of water. I would not have spentthis money for a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll. He lied the whole time, first stating I didn't order a bagel, which isclearly on the order, than he said he didn't have my number to call me to tell me they had no bagel, which again was clearly onthe order. He also didn't provide any utensils to eat the home fries and he said I didn't ask for it when I clearly checked offthe box asking for it.
