I asked to order a pizza and this dirty guy with red hair yelled at me to use the Casey's app if I wanted food.
I used to frequent this store on a regular basis, however it seemed that no matter the time I visited it I would find a lack of... employees, a lack of hot or cold foods from the deli, no coffee, dirty fountain area and a filthy store. Disclaimer: This isjust this location and doesn't reflect on Casey's as a whole. Other locations are not this bad and their inhouse brands aregreat, pizza is tasty and staff is friendly. Read more
The coolers weren?t filled so there was few options, the icee machine was off, the fountain machine had a out of order sign and... the cashier was having a personal conversation on her headphones with her mother complaining about a coworker while checkingpeople out, she didn?t say hi when it was our turn and was too busy talking as the transaction finished to let us know it wasdone nor did she offer a receipt, so we stood there for a second and left. Some young girl was outside on her break about 9 PM and was super nice, but I went inside looking for the new Mtn Dew and the... other cashiers were really dismissive and didn?t want to help me find anything or talk to me at all. I found only 2 of the 3 newBaja Blasts and didn?t find the specific Mtn Dew Overdrive. Looking at the fountain station I found that they had it, and Itasted it but it was straight water. I told the cashiers but they didn?t want to change the syrup pack on it I think. I ended upleaving the store really disappointed with only two drinks. As I was leaving the parking lot I saw a display for the Overdrivedrink and I ran back in the store.
