I have no idea how this one got updated or remains open. We have never been there and had an order correct. And it?s never... anything small like putting onions on when ordering no onions. It?s always an item is completely wrong, like doesn?t evenresemble what was ordered. Order a ten piece nugget and instead get one of their nasty Big Macs. This was disappointing... I used my reward points to redeem this large mocha frappe and this is how they handed it to me. I'm... not a real picky person but I'm pretty sure this is not how it's supposed to be. I politely asked the person that gave it to meif this was the normal amount (knowing that I have never had a large frappe have that little amount in it)? Their response was,yes, that's normal we allow space for the whipped cream. ??????? To which I responded, that's an awful lot of space. This is alarge, with maybe medium frappe in it and a lot of extra who cream in it to fill it up. I thought they would offer to put morein it, since two people were at the window but they both just stared at me. ??????? Just you every day run of the mill McDonalds. Messed up my order. I paid on the app. Then they said card was not accepted. ... Made me pay again, but was $2 more. Then said that was not my order and my payment went thru on app. Gave me a refund for the$8 order. What a cluster. Read more
They locked the lobby super early and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to let people in. There was literally like 7... customers waiting outside 20 minutes before the lobby closes. The manager was extremely rude, and very unintelligent. I would goto any other McDonalds in town until they fire the night manager at this store. Read more

They ran out of the Halloween McBoo buckets (for happy meal)! Would be nice if they informed all of their staff. I tried to... adjust my order, but the girl either seemed new it didn't have the access to certain options. A team member came over to help,but more like take over and made the girl feel like a bother. Food was mediocre. Fries weren't fresh, but we're ok. Nuggets wereslightly overcooked. The play place is decent enough for the kids to burn off some sugar. They have video games machines. Thebig table top didn't seem to work. The free-standing ones with multiple games seems like a good concept, but the user interfaceis slow and laggy. Plus, they have it facing West... Which, in bright afternoon sunlight, essentially makes it unusable. I'drecommend addressing this design flaw by pointing them North/South. Either that or get brighter screens withanti-glare. Overall, not too impressed. There's plenty of room for improvement in teamwork and QC. Read more
