Bought 2 sandwiches in the drive thru. My sons sandwich was fine but I was very unhappy with mine. I asked for extra tomato and... didn't get any tomato at all. I tried to make an order at a store that was closer to me, but no one picked up! So I went online to place a pick up order at... this store. I was only able to order 6 sandwiches online. So I called and spoke with Mr. Alvarado who was more than happy to letme know HOW to complete my order. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and he made sure my order was ready to go by the time I gotthere! The young lady lady behind the counter was just as nice a accommodating!! I will definitely be back! Subways in Topeka Kansas are the worst! They refuse to take half the coupons they mail out. The hours at every store seem to be... different and this one on 21st st is only open 2.5 hours on a Saturday?! Whoever owns these Subway's really needs to pull theirhead out of there backside. Horrible experience, service was good but new menu was too complicated and when we finally could find a sandwich we liked after... 3 trys because they were out of multiple items the b prices had almost doubled and the food was mediocre. Read more
