While watching gentlemen make my order. He smashed the chicken to make lid fit bucket. When asked not to do that ,they informed... me that's what they do. Why not just use another bucket especially since the order was half original and half extra crispy. Read more

27 August 2022, approximately 4:30 pm. Disappointed. Ordered the 8 piece (original) chicken family dinner with 4 biscuits and... two large sides for take out. When we got home there were no thighs. We had 2 legs, 3 wings and 3 breasts. While this istechnically 8 pieces, it was not the implied 2 wings, 2 breasts 2 legs and two thighs that one would expect. This may not be anissue for most people, but my husband does not particularly like chicken, but will eat chicken thighs. And his displeasure ateffectively taking him out of the meal, means I won't be talking him into another KFC dinner soon. My recommendation isemployees not sub food items without consulting the customer. I could have been offered two crispy thighs or two other pieces oforiginal chicken. ( I would have chosen two legs.)
