Stopped in to this location to have lunch and use the restroom. The employee at the counter rudely said the restroom was for... paying customers only and would have to order my food first before using the facilities. I promptly went down the street toSubway where I was greeted professionally to have lunch. They always say 1 good experience a person shares it with 1 other. 1bad experience gets shared with 10/20 or more. Read more
Over the past few years I have seen a large decline in the quality of the food and employees. They have been out of Whopper... meat, out chicken and unable to make anything fried, just to name a few of the obstacles when trying to place an order. Numeroustimes I have been given drinks with no straws or burgers made incorrectly. The most recent mistake was being given jalapeñospoppers instead of chicken nuggets. Not to mention the incredibly long wait time and being told everything was made hot & freshonly to have food being ice cold. This was an experience almost enough to turn me off from Burger King all together. I got iced coffee and it tasted like coffee... on ice with no sugar or flavor--they did another one with double the chocolate it was a little much but better, my food took 24minutes to get to me as it was filled and left on the counter, the food was only warm, we were initially missing the frenchtoast sticks and the hash browns were completely ineatible. My meal was not fast, it was not fresh and it was not hot. In anutshell I just gave up on the order. I won't EVER got back to this one. Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been too. The employees are rude, lazy and just throw food that has been sitting... way past the expired time together. When you call to complain about stale old cold hard cardboard chicken, soggy burgers thatyou spent your hard earned money on they mock you and hang up. Even when you call corporate they leave it up to the storemanager on what will be done. Horrible customer service. Read more
