I went this evening about 10 minutes until close, got a blizzard and it was literally melted when I got it, asked for a... replacement so it wouldn't be soup when I got home (3 minutes away) but was denied. Will literally never go back to thislocation. Read more
Doors are always locked and you can?t go inside. There isn?t any sign telling you that the lobby is closed. The drive through... takes at least 20 mins and the teenagers working here don?t make the ice cream correctly. Horrible management! Read more
Worst Dairy Queen in Topeka! Doesn't matter what time of the day/evening you go it is always closed! When it is open there is... 8 or 9 kids working who are to lazy to open the doors up!
