Drive thru, Ordered 2 sandwiches, waited 7 minutes. 1 sandwich was hot the other not so much plus nasty old lettuce. Took it... back in, told the lady at the register and she just couldn't believe I came back in. Read more
Can't believe they spent all that money on a new store only to staff it with the same terrible employee's. Wait times in drive... thru are longer than Taco Bell and their orders come out of the windows wrong, cold and with tons of teenage attitude. I thoughtthat with the update they'd update their service but how wrong I was. Twice now I've been thru their new store to get the wrongorder and bad customer service. This is the last time I'll shop this location, and probably be a while before I go back to anyMcDonald's. Maybe it's time to see if Taco Bell got their problems in check. Read more
Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru just to order. Then spend another 4 minutes waiting for my food which was a cheese burger and... fry, only to get the wrong order and attitude from the child they had working. Then when I wanted my correct order and withoutanother long wait as they directed me to "park" I got more attitude and lip from the shift manager as well as the teenager.Terrible service, terrible attitudes and terrible wait times and no contact from store management other than a run around ontheir website. Won't be returning...ever. My advice, Burger King or Arby's nearby with better service and shorter wait times. Read more
Food was good. Hot. Disappointing only one lane open at 7:45 am. I wanted to treat my daughter but not be late taking her to... school. The food pleased her and she wasnt late in spite of working with only one drive thru. Read more
