Best in class customer service??? Lol not at this location. Trucker at the loves called for a delivery, told this location does... not deliver there. Would you like to pick it up instead. Sure Papa John's... when your parking lot is big enough to accommodatemy 70 foot truck I will pick up my order. This is not best in class customer service. Read more

Every time I order and ask to have the garlic replaced with a different sauce, it never is. I don't like the garlic butter so I... usually try getting the buffalo sauce. They never look at the label when they're boxing the orders up. This time the sauce cupwas sitting on top of the pizza and not in the corner of the box like it should be. The driver and guy that took my order wereamazingly nice and wonderful. They just really need to start paying attention. I decided to order Papa John's last night after not eating here for about 3 years, and the pizza is ever worse. About 2 1/2" of... crust around the edge, heavy on the tomato paste, and light on the toppings. Our large pepperoni pizza only had 15 pieces on it,with very little cheese.
