Though the people that work there were very nicely food was clearly sitting there for a while, and had been cooked in old... grease. It was pretty disgusting. Read more
We went through the drive thru last night and upon arriving home, we discovered that we didn?t get our chicken or biscuits that... we?d ordered, only our 4 large sides. (We are at fault too, though, because we should have checked to make sure we had all ofour order.) We live about an hour north of Topeka, and it was late in the evening, so there was no going back to get it lastnight. My husband did call the restaurant to let them know, and the person apologized, took my husband?s name and said wheneverwe were back in Topeka to come in and they?d make it right with us. We went back today to get it, and the manager, ( I think hisname is Ricky), was very kind, apologetic, and he proceeded to give us our entire order, plus a free chocolate cake. While wewere waiting in the lobby, my husband and I both admired how nice and clean the lobby looked. We were very impressed, thankfuland appreciative of their quality service and friendly faces, and our meal was absolutely delicious. Kudos to the manager andstaff working at the north Topeka, KS, KFC on Friday, October 14th, around 12:30 pm. We appreciate you, your wonderful customerservice, the delicious food, and for doing everything you did to make our experience a great one. Thank you. We will definitelybe back. Read more
Nice people, good food.. fries were wierd tho ?? Update 10/11/22 Use to love the chicken here but the last 2 times I went it has... been really hard , barely chewable. Not sure if its overcooked or its just sat around too long, either way. . verydisappointing. Read more
We arrived late that evening but the employees were very gracious and the manager was outstanding! Food was great as well!
