The place was clean and the layout was nice. It was quiet. My family said they liked it better than the one by our house. Our... waitress seems new or confused and food was delayed or missing but the manager fixed everything. I did subtract one star due tothe issues. Read more
Great service. They only seem to have two actual wait staff on, but people I took to be a manager and chef filled in, bringing... food, fetching extra napkins, generally checking that we had what we need. There was no wait to sit and a reasonable wait toorder and receive food. The food was satisfying, our orders with modifications were correct. The physical environment isclean, some of the booths are worn, but nothing too bad. Everything was absolutely fine but seeing everyone who worked theirpitch in and keep a smile on their face made for an especially pleasant atmosphere. Read more
The restaurant was freezing. Everyone in there had on a jacket or was hunched over trying to get warm. But, lots of places are... that way when it is hot outside so I looked past that. My gluten free pancakes were doughy, my bacon had obviously been cookedearlier in the morning, then covered to keep warm so it was soggy. I get that they are trying to save time by cooking bacon in abatch ahead of time, but covering it only serves to make it soggy. The exact opposite of the crispy I asked for. The hash brownswere cold and burnt on the bottom side. My impression is the grill is turned up way too high in an effort to speed up theprocess of cooking (which inadvertently makes the word cooking null and void), hence burning the area on the grill while leavingthe inside raw. The manager did come over to our table and took my non edible food off our bill. I didn't ask about mypartner's meal. But he ate his entire, non gluten free meal. Read more
