We hadn't been to Cold Stone in awhile, and now I remember why. There were THREE people in line ahead of us. All together. It... took 23 mins to get their order & have them pay. Then one of the girls working took my order. The other two went and hid in theback of the store. Came out and grabbed their smoothie, asked my husband if he knew what he wanted. I pre- ordered a cake for a birthday and they didn't have my order. They were not very polite or understanding of the fact I was... a little upset that the cake I ordered a week ago was not there. I came in around 9, and there was 3 amazing girls working with a line basically to the door. I know times have been rough and I... was perfectly okay with waiting. I heard that there was supposed to be 5 working today and 2 no showed. And then randomly anolder guy came out from the back and it seemed like he was the manager but he did nothing to help the girls. Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Cold Stone! Walked in 15 minutes before close stood in line for 8 minutes then was told... that they were closing in 7 minutes so we needed to leave and that they would not serve us.
