Horribly rude and hateful. Every single employee I had contact with this morning. They forgot to put the mocha flavor in my mocha hot cuppa chino and only filled it up a little more than halfway full and it... tasted a tad strong but it was still nice to get a coffee at Starbucks and im sure their scones and good taste good.
