Ordered the three taco plate. Service was fast. Tacos were dry. Just a little chopped up, dry fajita meat, onions, and... cilantro. Couldn?t tell if there was any cheese. No lettuce, tomato. Tortillas were all dried out around the edges. Tough tochew. I had to put rice and beans on the taco just so they wouldn?t be so dried out. We ate there a year ago and everythingwas great. This used to be our go to place in Taos. However, the last couple of dinners have been very disappointing. The first time my... chicken burritos were served cold and the tortillas were rock hard. I noticed that some plates came out with sour cream andguacamole but ours did not? same dish. We ordered chicken fajitas. They were tasteless and the meat was red colored. Also, we ordered calabacitas, a NM staple. They... had broccoli in them! And they taste like soy sauce! I will never eat there again. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Told a staffmember and they shrugged it off. Read more
It's not your typical Mexican restaurant. You have to order at the counter when you enter the place. The food is very good. ... This is just my opinion, but the portions are pretty large. When offered which sauce, either red or green; go for the green. It beats the pants off of the red. The beef fajita quesadilla is awesome. Read more
