Menu for The Historic Taos Inn in Taos, NM

Great for tourists but they hate locals and burn the local musicians. The inability to retort Taos Inns reply has forced me to... resort to elaboration. Taos Inn has in fact broken contracts with local musicians for bringing in too many locals. By locals Idon't mean the wealthy people staying in their summer homes but the colorful crowds who do all the grunt work that caters to thetourists of this fine town. The people who can't afford to rent houses here anymore as airbnb is converting affordable rentalsinto hostels for tourists. Deny and formalize a response but the people have spoken. What a fun place to stay! The rooms are very ecclectic and comfortable. No elevator, so be careful to bring bags you can carry... upstairs! The restaurant, bar and lounge area are considered the living room of Taos, with live music frequently and a livelycrowd. Hotel stay comes with use of a yoga studio nearby and a gym down the street. Location is perfect! Check in was smooth considering the internet is down due to a nearby fire! The room is cozy. Not used to a... full size bed, but it was okay for 3 nights! The patio was a nice place to sit out in the evening. Will definitely be back! Read more

Cozy room and quiet courtyard. Each room has a different decor and ambience. Close to live music and food, it's convenient for... you to have a beer and not worry about driving, not me, I don't drink alcohol but it's nice to know my husband can!!
