Disappointing experience today. I went in at 5:10, said hello to the baristas, walked over to merchandise to use up my stars on... a new mug, went up to the counter to order a drink?.only to told that they could not do any coffee or espresso beverages. Iasked if they could do anything else? Matcha latte or a tea?that was also impossible. Cashier told me her ?steamer? was beingcleaned and that the registers were closed down. It was 5:10. The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Order a few coffees, breakfast sandwiches and a few croissants. The waiting time was... almost 30 minutes, while I was waiting I finished my coffee so I asked for a coffee refill which I will pay for but the personat the cashier said they don't do refill I asked him to confirm that,after confirming with his manager he came back and saidmanager said no refill. I said okay charge me for the full price. I waited for another 20 minutes for that cup of coffee. All Iasked for was a venti dark roast with 3 brown sugar, he ended up making me the coffee with 3 pumps of sugar which was not what Iasked for so I asked for a fresh cup with the sugar on the side this time, I waited for another 10 minutes to get it.
