I have been a customer here for about three years now, ordering a few times a month on average. One thing I have noticed is the... quality and quantity of the food you receive is significantly less and lower if you order online ahead of time. It feels likethey're trying to short you by giving you less food. Today I ordered a large bowl for pickup and when I picked it up (at exactlythe time I put in the app) it was cold, and the contents of the "large" bowl could have easily fit into the small bowlcontainer. I remember not even a year ago the quality was much better, I'm not sure what happened but I'll probably never do anonline order from here in the future. Read more
My wife placed a lunch order and I went to pick it up so that she wouldn't have to leave work. The confirmation said that the... order would be ready at 1:12. I waited for over half an hour it wasn't ready until 1:35. Thats my entire lunch break plusanother 30 minutes to drop it off and get back to work. They said they were waiting on the mac n cheese. I can make it fromscratch faster than that!. I now had to stay late at work to make up that additional time. How do you run a quick lunch and notrealize that you are running out of food? These guys are awesome. I accidentally placed a mobile order to this location and went to pick up at Dewitt location. I got to... Dewitt location after close and manager helped call this location and these guys waited late so I could drive across town andpick up my order. Was amazed that they were still there with my food waiting. Amazing customer service after I made a boneheaded mistake. Thank you core life on Buckley!!! Read more
Well run, tasty and nutritious food selections! The Atmosphere was clean, fun relaxing! The place was packed with people, today... for lunch! But, I was served with friendly faces and helpful staff, getting in line, ordered and received my “Tuna PokeFire” with beef broth and was out the door in 15 minutes!! Read more

They were busy when we went but overall it was delicious. I treated my sister. I was pleased with mine but when she received... her food she chose the steak option. I paid extra money for more steak in hers. I was in disbelief that the had the nerve tocharge us when there was only aprox. 4 pieces in her bowl. I really hoped she called management the next day.
