went through the drive thru on Velasko road in Syracuse. The wait was extremely long when there was only one car ahead of me. No... customers were in the store. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. With a coffee. As I?m drivinghome I took a look at the sandwich and it was egg and cheese on poppy seed. Which is not what I ordered. I then drove back tothe store and spoke to the girl who took my order and told her she charged me for something I didn?t get and the sandwich wascompletely wrong. She and the manager or supervisors began arguing with me and I asked her (three times) to replace the sandwichand she refused and told me she was calling her father to come meet me at the store. She then got on the phone to I assume call her father and ignored me and I told them I will call corporate to report this. In conclusion I was never given a refund or thecorrect sandwich that I ordered and was charged for so I?m filing an official complaint. Read more

Since DoorDash only gives you the option of assorted donut holes, I ordered them in hopes I?d be able to call the store and tell... them what I wanted directly before they got too far into making my order. But like always they NEVER answer their phone and thisis actually the second time this has happened. Like why are you just not answering the phone? Read more
