Im very easygoing with bad service but this wendys is terrible! Cashier didn?t reply when i said hello to start ordering, or... when i said ?thank you? when she handed me my food. Ordered 2 medium meals and got smalls, ordered a frosty and they forgot it.Food took forever to come out. I love wendys because the fries are always hot and fresh, not here, they were cold and soggy. The food was good. Wendy's level good, you know? Last time, the drive thru speaker basically just screamed feedback. It was... really hard to know if they heard me say I had a mobile order. The last two times, the mobile orders were screwy... The firsttime, the order received didn't show a drink ordered. With a meal. Huh?! The last time the mobile order was either wrong or notreceived, so I repeated the order. They then told me the total. Yeah. I know. I paid for it in the mobile app. I like Wendy's,and I'm not sure if it's just this location, but they need to tighten the screws a little. Update: the drive thru speaker worksbetter, but is very quiet. I've ordered at the window because the app just stopped working for me.
