I made the mistake of taking my family to this location recently. I understand the challenges of working retail and interfacing... with customers and don?t really judge staff for apathy. However, the staff here were singularly unpleasant and ill mannered.Although the location and seating area is good, I would not recommend this Panera Bread restaurant to anyone. Read more

I stopped in for a quick lunch in between showing houses to clients in Camillus and Geddes. It was a Sunday at lunchtime so it... was busy. The staff was friendly and great customer service.
