Great food and service! We were lucky to get in around 430 and not have a wait on a Friday evening. We had a party of 3. We got... the sweetheart platter, deviled eggs, and the nachos. My fiance and I went to Syracuse for the first time over the weekend and we were recommended this place to eat. This place did... not disappoint! Our wait was an hour to get in but that's because they are popular and very busy. It was soooo worth the wait!Our waitress Lisa was very friendly and helpful despite being so busy. I have seen quite a few changes since my 1st in-house visit to the Syracuse Dinosaur BBQ in 1996. Some of the waitresses have... changed, some of the kitchen staff has changed, the inside has changed, the bar has changed, and the menu has changed. With allof these changes, I've mentioned that one thing has never changed, and that is the consistency of the food, the friendliness ofthe staff, and the great times of each visit. My most recent visit was this past weekend on Sunday, and our waitress Christiewas great! She went out of her way and took a few minutes to chat about some of the changes that have taken place, as well assome of the other Dinosaur BBQ restaurants that I have visited. Each of them have a uniqueness, but all in a great way. To theowner of this great establishment, thank you for always serving the highest quality and best tasting barbecue around. With over130 visits to your restaurant and several more to other locations, the 227 mile trip never gets old, although I would notcomplain if you opened one somewhere between Philadelphia and Allentown Pennsylvania.
