The noodles were really good but the beef broth just didn?t have any flavor, plus the egg I got was super undercooked. Basically... raw considering I waited almost 30 mins for a single bowl of ramen. Read more

The physical place is nice, cool brick location, two stories into a basement, nice artwork, and a cool spiral staircase. The... staff was also polite. My positives end here. The wait was long. It took 30 minutes from being seated to get drinks(non-alcoholic even!) Then another 45 minutes on top for food to come out. The food was good (at least what I was able to samplefrom my party's entrees), except for my entree: One of the waygu beef burgers. The top half of the burger was raw. Not rare, raw, with that falling apart undercooked red mouth feel. Informed the server, but declined a replacement- I didn't want to waitanother 45 minutes for food, and also it ruined my appetite. The food was not worth the wait. It didn't appear to be too busythat night, and there was no warning from staff "Hey we're short staffed tonight, food might take a bit"- Had they let us knowit would be a while, we would have been more accepting of the wait. But with the raw meat and atrocious wait times (one couplewas sat after us, and left nearly 20 minutes later as they had not even gotten drinks), I will not be returning anytime soon. Read more

Not bad. Foods good, drinks are strong. Everything we tried were good, they need to add more flavors to their broth... its... boring and tasteless. No lies.... Come on guys, a little bit of spice, herbs, limon, salt.... anything. Wagyu burger was dried, over cooked. Dumplings where soggy. Chicken and buns are delicious. Read more

Dirty bar terrible service disgusting drinks. Took my drink before I finished. Sticky bar top. Couldn?t get a single thing... right. My middle school brother could provide better service. I wouldn?t treat like my goldfish like this. Do yourself a favorand go anywhere else. 0/10 Read more

Bottom Line: Food was Disappointing First time coming to this place and the staff and our server were awesome, the... environment/atmosphere & aesthetic was definitely pleasing. When we ordered they didn?t have some appetizers at the time likeedamame and a couple variations of gyoza. We went with the Kim Chi Salt Potatoes and Pork Buns and I ordered a Peach BourbonDrink. For the entree we got the Kasai Burger, Smoked Brisket Ramen, and kids Shoyu Ramen. The WORST part was the Ramen. THEBROTH had no flavor. It literally tasted like water, there was no taste. My childrens mom and son both agreed there was noflavor which was ultimately what made the ramen not taste good. I will say the meat was cooked really well and all the additionsin the ramen were good. The Kasai Burger was cooked well but again no flavor, my kids mom had to use the sriracha sauce theygave for the fries to add it on to the burger to have any flavor. But the meat was cooked to perfection. The best thing fromthe whole entire meal was the Kim Chi Salt Potatoes, although I would?ve preferred the kimchi to be more fermented it was reallygood. The Pork Bun was good, but super heavy on the sauce they used. The Peach Bourbon was supposed to have lemon muddled init but they did it was orange, so it tasted like a orange juice liquor. Idk if this was an off night or if I should try again?but for now I would not recommend. Read more
