I ordered two orders of mini bagel and a small coffee . They charge me 13.25. When I came to the counter to pay, the young man... said they don?t have the item I ordered. So I asked for wake-up wraps. He gave them to me, then I realized two wake up wrap cannot be 10 dollars. So I drove to the next window told the person that may be over charged. Of course I was not happy about it-I told why did not they know there is a price different, my voice was raised. She got mad and asked me to return the food. Isaid, I did want returned the food . I just want the money if they owe me. She became so nasty, close the window and left. Iwaited and beeped , somebody else came, showed me a police car that parked nearby, I went to the police. He did not want tocome out of the car, finally he did . He just said he can?t help me because it?s not police matter !! I was stunned ! They didnot give a receipt for my order even ! I placed a mobile order for spinach egg bites and an iced latte with almond milk and extra swirl. These people gave me BURNT... bacon & cheese egg bites and an iced COFFEE. Not only does an iced coffee cost more (which I used my reward points I earned andwas wasted on a cheap iced coffee), but I was charged extra for the almond milk and swirl. I am very disturbed by this Dunkin Donuts! I ordered a blue coolatta with no whipped cream. When I came to the window they gave... me a blue coolatta with whipped cream, I told the lady I order it with no whipped cream a she took it back an gave it tosomeone. I don?t know who fix the drink but all they did was wipe the whipped cream from the top then gave me my drink back. HowI know this because some whipped cream already melted so it seep down inside the drink. So you can see the white at the top.This could have been a possible lawsuit if I was allergic to whipped cream. Like I know it?s early and busy, but if I send adrink back that you got incorrect you should?ve made a whole new drink! I will be calling to speak with the manager because thisis not the first time they have done this to me at this location.
