I use to love Denny's but my last experience has totally changed my experience and no one cares at all. So I will spend my .oney... elsewhere. Ordered build your own grand slam with double berry pancakes, eggs over easy with wheat toast and fruit. Many ofthese options were extra money and all I got was blueberry pancakes with eggs. No toast, no syrup, no fruit! Called and askedfor a manager after being on hold for 15 minutes, they took my information down and was told to call back the next day as I waspromised a refund. Tried the next day and the manager was "busy" and that they would call me back. Never got the call, sent anemail to corporate and nothing as well. Still no refund and I done.
