Racist managers. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can?t give zero. They were rude and condescending and lied to... me about the store being a franchise. The only polite people there were the order taker. I would not recommend anyone ofminority decent to go there just distasteful. Read more
I ordered 12 NH wings and large popcorn. Nova took the order and asked to pullover to parking lot to wait for 10 mins . Waited... for an hour and happened to see the associates getting ready to close the store. Then I went inside to check if my order isready Nova came forward to say that they forgot about my order and now they are running out. How could they be soirresponsible? We decided on KFC for Saturday night dinner. Within dinner hours. Spending close to $40 on a bucket and sides. The chicken was... awful. Th dark meat tasted like it was barely cooked and the white meat was horrendous. I do not know if this just has to withthe quality of ingredients given or poor preparation. The mashed potatoes were so watered down it was worse than grocery storeinstant. You served a spoonful and it turned into a pool instead of a mountain. It was so upsetting. I wanted to love it. This was my first time going to this KFC and not only did I wait over 30 minutes in line to be told they only have popcorn... chicken even though they were still open for over an hour, the food I did get barley had anything in it. I ordered a famous bowlthat had 2 full size popcorn chickens and the rest were crumbs, most were only breading! Almost no cheese either. So incrediblyfrustrating after waiting over an hour for a giant bowl of mashed potatoes. And of course I tried calling them, but apparentlyit's okay to put their phone off the hook, or turn it off so customers can't get through, so I can't even get my food replacedtoday. Read more
