FURTHER UPDATE: I was told on here that I'd be given a credit. I was not given a credit under my number. When they messed up a... giant #14 I got three days ago, they messed it up and when I called, I was then given a credit for that one. Although, when Iredeemed it, it wasn't for a giant, just a regular. This is by far the worst JJ's location I've ever been to. I keep goingbecause it's by my work. But if I was you, I'd avoid it all together. UPDATE: IT HAPPENED AGAIN. SO I CHANGED MY REVIEW TO A 1STAR. This location is a 3 minute drive from my job. In the last month, they've messed up my order 4 times, two of which werein the same visit. This time, there was no extra mayo, there was tomatoes on it and the other didn't have the vinegar and oilthat we asked for. I might add that the tomatoes had the bitter yellow core in them still. Last time, we went inside to ordersince we had more time for lunch. My #14, which I always get, didn't have any roast beef on it. When I asked for it to beremade, they remade it with roast beef, but put tomatoes on it, with the reciept right in front of them. So I asked to have itremade a second time. When it was done, they set it at the end of the make table and left it there for 5 minutes while mycoworker was basically finished eating. 8/9/22 @ 7:15PM Ordered a Giant Vito #5. Modifications were not added. Sandwich was soo small and skimpy. We frequent this... location so, I was very disappointed.. No mayo no extra lettuce and onion. No oil and tomato was soft and mushy. If I wasn't onmy lunch break I would have taken it back! $20 down the drain. Spoke with the manager Mike who was very argumentative and didn't rectify the error. Whoever owns this location should find more experienced and mature management. Read more
listen, i am not a karen as i have worked food and customer service. i just have to say that the cashier was so rude and my... sandwich was so messed up. she was visibly rolling her eyes at me and my younger siblings. short snappy responses. none of uswere giving her attitude and were all polite and straight forward with what we wanted. we were also the only people in theestablishment and it was over an hour before close so there was no need to be so short and rushed. BESIDE all of that mess weget home and my sandwich is literally falling apart, the condiments and vegetables were all over. i asked for onions and therewere none. oil and vinegar too and it was just sopping wet with oil?like i mean dripping, but with no vinegar. so all in alljust a bad experience and probably won?t be back.
