HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Entered a mobile order and the app was not processing the order - asked the employee at the window... for help. He YELLED at me to move out of the drive-thru because he has a timer running for orders. Apparently, the customerdirectly in front of him is not important and we are basically a number. I used to pick up orders for my work day to bring tocustomers (2-3 times a week) but this is a terrible location with Rude Employees! Taking my business elsewhere and you shouldtoo!! Read more
I drive past the 17 and Garfield tim hortons to come to this one - my coffee and bagel are always on point here! Martell is... awesome, the face of customer service here, all the employees should be like him. Other people at the window aren't as friendlyor communicative. Read more

This Tim Hortons used to be my go-to place. But as of recently its been a bad experience. They make you repeat your order 3-4... times, but the speaker is so unbelievably quiet you can barely hear what they are saying. It was lunch time, 12pm, and I askedfor a chicken-bacon-ranch sandwhich and they said they didnt have any food? No food at lunch time? Strange but okay. So I askedfor a double chocolate donut instead and they said ?we dont have that we only have a chocolate glaze?.
