It's 7pm and the doors are locked, I when I called I was told that the truck is there and they have to put put up stock but... there is no truck in the parking lot. I'm all for tipping good customer service. He put the whole card reader out the window and I went ahead and just tapped my card... and he asked if I wanted to receive I said yes he automatically charged me $1.98 tip it's not like I could see if there was that option to pay a tip or not. I don't know if he pressed it before you put the card reader out the window. I won't be going backthere. 80% of the time I tip at Subway. Did not make my sub as I ordered . Selected light sweet onion and the sub was drenched . Didnt toast it and could not even put... napkins in the bag. The lady working the drive thru atv3:30 pm was rude and I believe over charged me .no receipt in the bag toprove it . Third time I had issues . I'm out! Read more
The woman with the stud on her tongue was rude to my wife who has an accent. She even rolled her eyes when she made my wife... repeat herself three times. Funny that we don?t have this problem at any other subway. Only when we lived in Georgia this was acommon occurrence. The guy with the prison tattoos helped my son and was very pleasant and helpful. IF we go back we will askfor him to take care of us. The sandwiches were made well and tasted good. That is the only reason I can stretch to give threestars. Read more
