I love their milkshakes and my fiance loves their slushes. 5 stars for the drinks for sure. The food is okay. Not the best but... not the worst. I do love their customer service. Read more
I went on 8/13/2022,Thursday, at 9:30 p.m. only the drive-thru was open. I ordered a Popcorn Chicken meal with a side order of... onion rings. They were the darkest onion rings that I've ever seen. I thought they had chocolate on them but they were burnt.They didn't taste burnt they were actually sweet. I'm going to go back in the daytime to see how they actually suppose to be.The clerk at the window was very professional and my food was hot. I appreciate that part. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Only a couple cars in drive thru line and took us over a half hour to place and... get our food. While placing our order I was asked twice to hold on at which point they missed me asking for a bag of ice for myorder, they didn't review my order after completion so I didn't know what they had or missed then at window when I asked I wastold I couldn't add on at the window...even though they missed part of my order....I then went to the walk up and it took meover 10 minutes just to get a bag of ice! Food usually good and hot. Shakes are always delicious. My one complaint is how the straws are not big enough for shakes, and... the servers apparently don't wear skates anymore. The servers used to be alot more friendly and up beat, and it was part of theexperience watching them skate around to all of the cars. Read more

Onion rings were disgusting, burned and greesy. I asked for them to be swapped out for better ones and the ones that were... swapped out were even worst. The only thing good was the lemonade. Read more
